Return & Exchange Policy

You may return a set of stretcher bars under the following conditions:
- the length or depth of the bars are not what you need.
- the product is not what you expected.
- the bars were damaged when you received them.
- we shipped you the wrong length and/or depth of bar.
We can only accept returns of unused kits and unused products, within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after 30 days are in store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!
You MAY NOT return stretcher bars which were custom cut to a fractional size.
Return Procedure:
- Call us to get a “return authorization number”.
- Repack the bars in the original box using the original packing materials. Be sure to pack the bars so they will not be damaged in transit back to us. Ship them back via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. We HIGHLY recommend tracking the shipment. We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.
- Write the words - “Return” and the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Refunds
- If there are any monies due you, a refund will be issued for the amount of your original order less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
Additional shipping charges
All shipment expenses associated with product returns or exchanges are solely the responsibility of the customer.
